Going global: 600 students on new programmes for the international financial services industry


New programmes covering Operational and Conduct Risk with PRMIA accreditation have been well received.

From the archives: vividly remembering 1916




As Ireland celebrates the centenary of the Rising next week, we looked back through our archives to see if anything was recorded about the seminal events of Easter 1916.  We discovered this fascinating piece from the Institute’s Journal from that year entitled, ‘The Sinn Fein Rising and the Dublin Banks’.  This extract is a vivid but not altogether an approving account of what happened and how it affected the Dublin banks and their staff.
